In those cases where we have cause to explore more or to develop new processes, we usually start lab scale. This is a cooperative effort with our clients to enable us to find the right solutions before upgrading to full scale plants. During our years of operation this has been an important part of our research and manufacture methods and has led to the development of many specific processes.

Plant design

A filter press is just one of the tools in a process that is dependant on surrounding systems and conditions.

As our main policy is to integrate the engineering work as well as taking responsibility for its long term performance we follow the demands for each application strictly.

We understand the needs for evaluation of material choice as well as the demands for operation and functioning. Fully automatic operations are not restricted to the press itself but also apply to the integration of additional equipment such as valve control, type of feed pumps, corrosive environments, maintenance, education etc.
